Nous recherchons un consultant SAP OTC pour intervenir sur une implémentation d'Order To Cash pour un client basé à Vélizy. Remote: 2 jours par semaine. Il faut connaitre SAP OTC, SAP Subscription billing, SAP Entitlement Management et SAP Convergent Mediation. Vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants: Ø Analyser et challenger les besoins métiers et les propositions de l'intégrateur SAP pour garantir l'alignement avec les Best Practices S/4HANA Public Cloud. Ø Collaborer avec les parties prenantes (DSI, IT, métiers) pour recueillir les exigences et optimiser les processus finance. Ø Participer aux revues de configuration système (validation des spécifications détaillées) et à la validation des solutions (tests QA). Ø Piloter le déploiement des systèmes d'intégration à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées, en coordination avec SAP et les équipes internes IT/IS. Ø Définir et exécuter les scénarios de tests fonctionnels et d'intégration (tests unitaires, tests d'intégration, etc.). Ø Superviser la migration vers S/4HANA (données, tests, bascule). Ø Garantir l'intégration entre les modules SAP et les systèmes externes : o SAP EMS / SAP Subscription Billing / CPQ externe / Vertex / Référentiel clients externes... Ø Fournir une expertise fonctionnelle SAP lors des mises à jour, déploiements et implémentations Greenfield. Ø Contribuer aux activités de migration des données liées à l'O2C. Ø Assurer : o Le respect du scope projet (qualité, délais). o Le suivi de la communication (comptes-rendus, plans d'action, rapports flash). o La conformité de la conception avec les exigences locales, IFRS et audit. Livrables: 1/ Conception de la Solution & Gouvernance : - Validation des résultats Fit-to-Standard et de la conception globale - Evaluation fonctionnelle et recommandations alignées sur les best practices SAP Public Cloud - Analyse des écarts (Gap Analysis) et propositions de résolution 2/ Intégration & Architecture : - Schéma directeur fonctionnel et technique (intégrations, données maitresses, flux transactionnels). - Stratégie d'intégration et documentation du paysage des interfaces - Architecture des processus en-to-end : =>Facturation par abonnement, Entitlement Management, Services professionnels, e-facturation (DRC/Edicom), points d'intégration finance. 3/ Conception Fonctionnelle : - Spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées pour les processus critiques et flux d'intégration. - Cartographie des processus métiers et documentation. - Spécifications pour les rapports, interfaces et extensions. 4/ Migration des données : - Stratégie et plan d'exécution de la migration. - Documents de mapping, règles de nettoyage/transformation. - Séquençage de la migration et approche de bascule (cutover). - Procédures de validation et réconciliation des données 5/ Tests & Déploiement : - Stratégie de test et scénarios (tests unitaires, SIT, UAT, gestion des anomalies). - Support lors du déploiement et des activités de bascule. - Planification du support hypercare et recommandations de transition 6/ Support pour les tests (unitaires, d'intégration, cycles de validation, bascule) 7/ Documentation et transfert de connaissances aux équipes internes.
