Responsabilités : Tester le modèle de transformation sur des cas d'utilisation communs. Adapter et itérer les prompts pour optimiser les résultats. Bonne connaissance des modèles AI comme Transformers, BERT, GPT. Très bonne expérience en développement avec Python. Maîtrise des bibliothèques XML-Python : lxml, ElementTree, Beautiful Soup. We are looking for an Expert Endpoint to support our client's IT environment, focusing on endpoint management, OS imaging, Citrix provisioning and technical support. * Design, implement, test and document endpoints and multifunction printers in line with standards and procedures. * Create, maintain and update OS images. * Administer Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and handle day-to-day Citrix incidents and user issues. * Configure and test endpoint provisioning profiles. * Develop and improve the build process, including scripting, environmental procedures and security/governance requirements. * Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting and incident resolution. * Manage software upgrades and patch installations. * Support the Solution Architect with architecture design and technical decisions. * Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Work closely with management teams to ensure expectations, deliverables and user satisfaction are met.

IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a bright talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with circa 5 to 6 years IT Support experience. You will have at least to 5 to 6 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. The Client is rolling out MS Windows 11 and would therefore like to recruit an individual with these skills. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place. En collaboration avec l'équipe Data & AI, vous serez impliqué tout au long du cycle de vie des solutions d'IA : 1. Conception & développement de solutions d'IA : • Estimer, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'IA, de la phase POC à l'industrialisation. • Exploiter les modèles d'IA via : o API de modèles génératifs (LLM), o Bibliothèques et frameworks d'IA Python (Scikit-learn, SpaCy, LangChain, LangGraph...). • Concevoir et optimiser des invites et des pipelines d'IA. • Mettre en œuvre des architectures RAG. • Connecter les solutions d'IA aux données et à l'écosystème du Groupe (SQL, tool calling, MCP). • Rédiger la documentation technique et fonctionnelle associée (contrats d'interface, guides utilisateur, etc.). 2.
