Coordinate all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Data Migration, and Cutover. Configure and manage Azure DevOps test plans, suites, dashboards, and reporting. Lead test execution, defect management, and test governance activities. Deliver executive-level test reporting and support go/no-go decisions. Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and country SMEs. Support UAT sign-off and ensure testing readiness before go-live. Required Experience 8+ years of SAP testing experience including at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong experience as Test Lead/Test Manager on global ERP programs. Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps test management. Strong understanding of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, integrations, and data migration testing. Experience managing multinational testing activities and stakeholder communication. ISTQB certification is a plus. Fluent English required; French and/or Italian is advantageous.
