Job Title: Senior QA/Test Engineer – Digital Signature Portal & Authentication products for a leading provider Company: Tech Mahindra Luxembourg S.à r.l. Experience: 7–10 years Location: Luxembourg – on-site at client office (full-time) Domain: Digital Signature / e-Signing / Financial Services / Authentication Role Overview Tech Mahindra Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Senior QA/Test Engineer to work on a secure digital signature / e-signing portal used by financial institutions and regulated entities. The role is fully on-site at the client office in Luxembourg and involves end-to-end testing of web and API components, integration with identity and signing services, and ensuring high levels of security, reliability and user experience. You will be the key QA point of contact for this portal, working closely with architects, developers, product owners and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own the QA lifecycle for the digital signature / e-signing portal/Authentication services, from test planning to sign-off. Analyse business and technical requirements (user journeys, signing flows, identity verification, audit trails) and derive detailed test scenarios and test cases. Design and execute: Functional, regression and integration tests for the web portal and backend services. API testing for signing, identity, notification and audit services (REST/JSON). Cross-browser and cross-device testing for the portal UI. Validate end-to-end e-signature flows, including: User authentication and identity verification Document upload, signing and co-signing flows Time-stamping, audit trail and evidence generation Error handling and user notifications Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyse and track defects; drive defects to closure using standard tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps). Contribute to test automation strategy; design and maintain automated test suites for regression (UI and/or API). Perform non-functional testing in collaboration with specialists: Basic performance / load validation of critical flows Basic security checks in line with secure coding and platform guidelines Ensure compliance of testing process and artefacts with internal quality standards and applicable regulations (e.g. e-signing, strong authentication). Support UAT: prepare test data, guide business testers, consolidate and triage UAT defects. Provide clear reporting on test progress, coverage, risks and quality metrics to project managers and stakeholders. Mentor junior testers in the project and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.

Senior System Analyst with QA Our Client is a global company based out of Trumbull CT USA. You must have at least 7 years expertise as a Senior Systems Analyst coupled with at least 5 years QA skills. The Sr. System Analyst / QA will be part of an Integration team that is accountable for technical deliveries of integration projects and system enhancements, and production support services. The candidate is expected to work closely with applications, analytics, infrastructure, security, compliance, PMO, QA, and system analysis teams. Must be a strong analytical problem solver and creative thinker with the ability to ask the right questions and develop a point of view that will influence technical decisions. Be a disciplined self-starter and will deliver quality solutions to our global business. Team-play and visibility through routine and precise reporting and following of methods and processes is a major aspect of the work and can be a major success factor. This is a senior role that requires analysing complex problems and translate business needs into technical understanding and vice-versa, understand technical details sufficiently to conduct white-box testing and to reverse engineer, and own the projects/tasks to ensure the quality of the delivery. The ability and willingness to thoroughly document all the aspects of the integration projects/tasks is a key requirement for this role. Light-duty hands-on programming is also expected. Technical skills: In-depth knowledge and thorough experience in understanding and testing a variety of integrations. Understanding and experience with defect tracking processes and tools. Thorough experience in understanding, analyzing, and white-box testing (end-to-end) of integrations built using/with Azure integration tools like Data factory, LogicApps, Functions, API Management, Data catalog, WebApps, Integration service environment, configuring monitoring & diagnostics, etc., and connectivity & security configurations. Experience in understanding, analyzing, and white-box testing Azure data storage (Data lake, Synapse, etc.) & access tools, APIs, cloud connectivity, and ETL solutions. In-depth understanding of and experience with SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, EDI, XSLT, Async/Sync, Request/Response, Service Bus, Publish/Subscribe, Batch/Real-time, Scheduling, Event triggers, etc. Strong command over data analysis tools (e.g. MS Excel) and Documentation tools (e.g. MS Word) Experience with analyzing and testing APIs using Postman, SOAPUI, or similar tools. Experience in automated testing using relevant QA tools or by building custom scripts. Understanding of and light-duty programming experience using MS SQL Server (SSIS, T-SQL, Stored procedures, Functions, Views, Queries, Datatype conversions, etc.).
