Principales responsabilités Apporter une expertise sur l'outil BDU et l'environnement éditique Participer à la migration de courriers de BDOC vers BDU Adapter et concevoir les courriers dans le cadre de la migration Concevoir des maquettes et des modèles dynamiques Concevoir et réaliser les tests nécessaires Participer aux recettes métiers et au suivi des anomalies Assurer le support technique et fonctionnel auprès des utilisateurs Analyser et traiter les incidents, notamment les incidents bloquants ou majeurs Réaliser les analyses de cause racine et proposer des actions correctives durables Mettre à jour les paramétrages, corrections et documents de référence Rédiger les comptes rendus et documentations associés aux interventions Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la plateforme éditique Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents et alimenter les tableaux de bord Participer aux analyses et à la vie de l'équipe en transversalité avec les différentes parties prenantes Environnement technique Éditique : BDU (Business Document Unity), BDOC (Business Document), Cypres Développement : PHP, jQuery, C#, VB, traitements Batch, PowerShell Données et flux : Flux XML Livrables attendus Courriers et modèles adaptés dans BDU Maquettes et modèles dynamiques Tests et éléments de recette Documentation technique et fonctionnelle à jour Fiches de suivi des demandes et incidents Rapports d'incidents et analyses de causes Tableaux de bord de suivi des anomalies et de l'activité Reporting d'avancement Suivi de l'activité mensuelle et de l'assistance technique Profil recherché Expérience Profil éditique confirmé, capable d'être rapidement autonome sur les sujets BDU/BDOC Expérience sur des problématiques de migration éditique Expérience dans un environnement éditique avec intervention sur des aspects techniques et fonctionnels Compétences techniques Solide connaissance de l'éditique, notamment BDU et BDOC Bonne maîtrise des phases de tests et de recette Capacité à analyser et résoudre des incidents complexes Connaissance appréciée de Cypres, PHP, jQuery, C#, VB, traitements Batch, PowerShell et flux XML Compétences personnelles Excellentes capacités de rédaction et de formalisation Capacité à travailler en transversalité avec les équipes techniques, métiers et utilisateurs Sens du service et capacité à accompagner les utilisateurs Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge les sujets de bout en bout Bonne compréhension des enjeux métiers et capacité à communiquer, documenter et collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs Compétences / Qualités indispensables : BDU / BDOC, Migration éditique, Conception de courriers et modèles dynamiques, Tests et recette, Support et gestion d'incidents, Rédaction documentaire Compétences / Qualités qui seraient un + : Cypress, PHP, jQuery, C#, VB / traitements Batch, PowerShell, Flux XMLInformations concernant le télétravail : Oui — 2 jours/semaine
