Pilotage de projet CRM Move to CloudDescription du poste Nous recherchons un Chef de projet CRM Move to Cloud pour le compte de notre client, acteur majeur dans le secteur des assurances. Au sein du département CRM & Flux, vous interviendrez dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de transformation Move to Cloud. Votre mission consistera à cadrer et piloter la mise en œuvre technique et opérationnelle d’une plateforme CRM Pega Cloud, indispensable à la structuration d’une roadmap projet articulée autour de jalons métiers. Vous serez en interaction avec les équipes internes, les centres d’excellence, les équipes d’architecture, les experts techniques ainsi que les partenaires éditeurs et intégrateurs afin de garantir la réussite du projet. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Cadrer, structurer et organiser les différentes étapes du projet : cadrage, réalisation, déploiement et garantie. Piloter et contribuer aux études : choix de solution, chiffrage, analyse des risques, identification des ressources nécessaires, staffing et planning. Préparer les éléments de chiffrage en amont des phases de décision.
