Suivre la valeur générée par les initiatives et s'assurer de leur contribution aux objectifs métiers. Votre profilVous disposez d'une expérience de 10 ans ou plus dans des fonctions de Business Partner IT, transformation, stratégie SI, Data/Digital, management de portefeuille ou conseil auprès des métiers. Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience significative dans un environnement pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou plus largement dans les sciences de la vie, avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux spécifiques de la R&D. Compétences et expérience recherchéesExpérience confirmée en Business Relationship Management / IT Business Partnering. Solide expérience en stratégie SI, transformation digitale, Data et pilotage de portefeuille. Maîtrise des démarches de roadmap, demand management, portfolio management et business case. Expérience dans le pilotage de budgets et d'investissements SI. Bonne compréhension des environnements R&D pharmaceutiques : Recherche Médecine translationnelle CMC Développement clinique Réglementaire Safety / Pharmacovigilance Bonne connaissance des écosystèmes et solutions scientifiques tels que : ELN LIMS eDMS / eQMS Plateformes Data Analytics et IA Systèmes scientifiques et plateformes de recherche Compréhension des enjeux liés aux environnements GxP, à la validation des systèmes informatisés, à l'intégrité des données, à la cybersécurité et à la protection des données. Bonne compréhension des enjeux d'architecture SI, Build-to-Run et continuité de service. Expérience des méthodologies projets, produits et agiles. Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux, complexes et matriciels. Excellentes qualités relationnelles, capacité à fédérer et à influencer sans lien hiérarchique. Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse, de communication et d'arbitrage. Anglais courant indispensable.
