You will be part of a 10-person team managing the full lifecycle, support, and improvement of endpoints. You ensure devices are delivered, maintained, and tracked efficiently across a fleet of around 3,000 endpoints for 1,500 users. The role combines hands-on staging and lifecycle management with troubleshooting and direct user support. Main Responsibilities Handle tickets (incidents and requests) assigned to the team, focusing on device lifecycle issues.
