Hello, Context: We are looking for an experienced Odoo Python developer for a long-term full-remote mission , with 2 short trips of 2–3 days in Europe planned in 2026. You can be based in France or any other country in Europe / Maghreb. The project involves customizing 6 Odoo modules for a multisite environment across 2 countries . You will be responsible for development. You will work under the supervision of the integrator appointed by the client , in collaboration with the Odoo publisher. Start part-time in March , then full-time from April/May . Fully remote. Mission: Understand business requirements and the general design defined by the integrator. Customize and adapt 6 standard Odoo modules for a multisite, multi-country environment. Develop specific, scalable, and maintainable features. Participate in detailed design and propose relevant technical solutions. Ensure quality and reliability of deliverables until the Go-live planned in December 2026. A reference from a previous client demonstrating a successfully completed project from design to Go-live will be requested. Required Profile: Senior Python / Odoo developer, autonomous and detail-oriented. Experience on multiple Odoo projects, ideally fully responsible from design to Go-live . Able to understand business processes, take ownership of general design, and propose relevant solutions. Able to work independently while collaborating with the integrator. Language skills: Must be fluent in English or French, or both . Technical Skills: Python, Odoo, XML, JavaScript, API Key Competencies: Expertise in Odoo / Python Business understanding and architectural sense Technical autonomy and ability to deliver over the long term Ability to adapt modules for a multisite, multi-country environment Soft Skills: Solution-oriented Autonomous and reliable Able to provide technical challenge and guidance Comfortable in a structured and demanding project environment Details: Start: early March 2026 (part-time) Full-time from April/May 2026 Go-live: planned for December 2026 Full-remote , with 2 short trips of 2–3 days in Europe covered by the client Talk to you soon,
