IT Support Technician Purpose The role of IT Support Technician will lead and manage all day-to-day IT 2 and 3 line support activities for Schools. The IT Support Technician will liaise with School staff, the IT Service Desk and other 3 line support teams to identify, prioritise, own and resolve all IT support and service requests. Description détaillée: Architecte Cloud AWS (conception & accompagnement) Missions principales : - Études d'opportunité technico-économiques (comparaison de solutions, coûts, risques, impact organisationnel) - Challenge du fournisseur cloud AWS, production des dossiers et diagrammes d'architecture, validation des décisions structurantes - Accompagnement des projets métiers dans leur intégration à la Landing Zone AWS (ateliers, comptes-rendus, RACI – matrice Responsible/Accountable/ Consulted/Informed) Expérience attendue : architecte cloud AWS senior, capacité avérée à produire des livrables de comité (PowerPoint/Confluence), posture de conseil et de challenge technique face à un fournisseur cloud, expérience d'accompagnement de projets applicatifs. INGÉNIEUR CLOUD AZURE – ENVIRONNEMENT BANCAIREContexteDans le cadre d'un projet au sein d'un grand groupe bancaire, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Cloud Azure pour renforcer les équipes techniques. Le consultant interviendra sur des sujets liés à la conception, au déploiement, à l'administration et à l'optimisation d'environnements Microsoft Azure. Missions principalesConcevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions Cloud Azure. Administrer et maintenir les infrastructures Azure. Participer au déploiement et à l'évolution des ressources Cloud. Automatiser les déploiements et les opérations d'infrastructure. Mettre en place et maintenir les bonnes pratiques de sécurité et de gouvernance Azure. Participer à l'optimisation des performances, de la disponibilité et des coûts. Assurer le support et la résolution des incidents techniques. Collaborer avec les équipes Infrastructure, Réseau, Sécurité et DevOps. Participer à la documentation technique et au suivi des évolutions de la plateforme Cloud. Bonne maîtrise des environnements d'infrastructure Cloud. Capacité à intervenir de manière autonome et opérationnelle rapidement. Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou financier serait un plus. Bon esprit d'analyse et capacité à travailler en équipe.
