We our looking for someone who will gather business requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into simple but effective Android solutions, designing mobile user interfaces. Your objective : developing Android applications to enhance mobile user experience for one of the biggest bank & insurance company in Europe. This assignment is a full-time freelance contract, to be filled promptly. On a day-to-day basis, you will be in charge of : Understanding business needs & project requirements Analyze the business requirements. Gather specifications and requirements based on technical needs and translate them into reliable Kotlin code Developing application Design and build advanced hybrid applications for Android platforms Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences optimizing performance for the apps /web. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization Communicating about the project Attend client/team meetings during development process. Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients. Monitoring technology Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
