I am seeking a skilled Delivery Partner to lead and support automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence(AI). This role involves designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across business processes. The role is mainly remote with occasional on site - location tbc and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company Key Responsibilities: - Lead delivery of automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI) - Design and deploy RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop - Integrate AI capabilities using AI Builder and Azure Cognitive Services - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions - Ensure security, compliance, and governance across automation environments - Provide technical leadership and support to project teams - Document solutions and deliver training/workshops as needed Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) - Hands-on experience with RPA tools, preferably Power Automate Desktop - Familiarity with AI integration (AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, ML concepts) - Strong understanding of solution architecture and API integrations- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) Desirable Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant - Azure AI Fundamentals - RPA tool certifications (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
