In addition there will be a considerable amount of migration / transformation Project work, some of which may be out of hours. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Pôle support utilisateurs. Vous traitez l'ensemble des demandes et questions des collaborateurs et conseillers ordinaux portant sur l'utilisation des outils informatiques. Vous assurez également la gestion du parc informatique (postes de travail, périphériques, téléphonie) ainsi que des comptes utilisateurs. VOS MISSIONS Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes : Support de premier niveau aux collaborateurs et conseillers : assistance à l'utilisation des outils, gestion et suivi des demandes via l'outil de ticketing ; Gestion et maintenance des salles de réunion et des systèmes de visioconférence, en lien avec les prestataires ; Maintenance et gestion du parc informatique et téléphonique : déploiement, standardisation des postes, inventaire et gestion des stocks ; Administration et support de la téléphonie fixe et mobile ; Gestion des comptes utilisateurs sur les plateformes d'identité, conformément à la charte de nommage. PROFIL Pour réussir vos missions, vous êtes de formation d'un Bac + 2 (type BTS SIO) spécialisé en informatique avec une première expérience sur un poste similaire. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en Windows 10, Microsoft Office, gestion de compte, systèmes réseaux et outils de ticketting (GLPI).
