La Salesforce Factory prend en charge des activités transverses autour de la mise en place de Salesforce (Méthode projet/fabrication/releasing, Design Authority, Core fonctionnel et Technique, Run applicatif et support N3 incidents, suivi contractuel SF…..). MISSIONS : - participation à la conception et à l'intégration technique des composants, à l'analyse des dysfonctionnements applicatifs et techniques ou apport d'une expertise ponctuelle (ex: revue des processus de fabrication) au sein de l'équipe projet. - intervention sur des travaux de maintenance applicative (optimisation des chaines applicatives, analyse de pannes...) - réalisation des travaux transverses au sein de la structure (installer des chaines de fabrication, support aux équipes...)
