The Cloud Platform Engineer role involves developing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting containerized infrastructure. Key responsibilities include building CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large and small-scale systems, ensuring solutions are well-engineered, maintainable, and delivered on schedule. The engineer will work with business and engineering teams to deploy new infrastructure in the Azure Platform, monitor the availability, latency, and overall system health, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Additional duties include communicating status and risks to the product and management teams, and helping to automate and streamline operations and processes. The role requires participation in shift and on-call rotations as per operational policy when required on a 24/7 basis.

Lead contract management and negotiation and statements of work in preparation for governance approval. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals. Engage with L&C for support to manage delays to delivery. Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with governance policies. Create and manage templates for SOWs, change orders, and other agreements. Support BAU contract management activities. Deliver contractually required reporting and participate in customer meetings. Stay current on IT law, data protection (e.g., GDPR) , and commercial legislation. Support and develop members of the Contract Management team. Act in accordance with Legal and Commercial guidance. Ensure any contractual document (contract change or extension, relief or delay notice, or contract proposal) is reviewed and approved by the Legal & Commercial team in accordance with DOFA requirements. Engage support from and liaise closely with the Legal & Commercial team at the early stage of new contract or contract extension negotiations in order to agree negotiation strategy and key legal issues. Engage support Legal & Commercial during contract delivery regarding any contractual dispute or delay. You will combine deep systems engineering expertise with AI-native delivery practices to design, validate and deliver solutions through small, highly capable teams augmented by AI agents.
