Notre client, grand opérateur télécom français, mène un programme stratégique de transformation du SI dédié à ses interventions terrain sur le réseau fibre. Le périmètre outille directement les techniciens : un back-office de gestion des rendez-vous et d'orchestration des interventions, et une application mobile utilisée sur le terrain pour consulter les plannings et exécuter les interventions. L'environnement fonctionne aujourd'hui en mode hybride entre Salesforce Field Service et une application historique. Un programme de migration est en cours pour basculer progressivement les parcours restants vers FSL et sortir définitivement de l'ancien socle, avec trois jalons majeurs : migration du back-office, migration des parcours SAV, puis migration du périmètre raccordement d'ici la fin de l'année. L'enjeu est de mettre fin à la coexistence des deux solutions et aux coûts de double dépendance technologique et de licences. Le contexte impose de fortes contraintes : usage terrain intensif, fonctionnement en faible couverture réseau ou hors connexion, volumétrie photo importante, géolocalisation, nombreuses interfaces avec les systèmes techniques internes, exigences d'API, de sécurité et de conformité, reprise et conservation des historiques d'intervention. Le dispositif compte une vingtaine de personnes réparties entre activités projet et TMA, dont une équipe d'environ 10 personnes dédiée à la migration, en organisation distribuée multi-sites. Le consultant remplace un développeur Salesforce expérimenté et intervient directement sur les développements de finalisation de la migration.
