Cette opportunité est faite pour vous ! 🚀 Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Support Technique N2 pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients. 💻💼 ⚠️ Ce poste n'est pas un poste de support applicatif ni de support utilisateurs. Nous recherchons un profil à dominante technique Hardware, capable d'analyser des incidents touchant des équipements connectés, d'identifier des causes de défaillance et de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits. Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale en charge du support avancé de solutions innovantes telles que des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques, des systèmes de stockage d'énergie et des produits connectés communiquant en réseau ou via des applications mobiles. Au sein de l'équipe Support Niveau 2, vous interviendrez sur des problématiques techniques complexes liées aux produits et aux équipements : - Prendre en charge les tickets techniques escaladés par les équipes internationales - Diagnostiquer les incidents et identifier leurs causes racines - Analyser les interactions entre les équipements, leur environnement réseau et leurs composants - Définir et proposer les actions correctives adaptées - Réaliser l'analyse de produits défectueux et identifier les tendances de panne - Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, qualité et expertise produit - Documenter les diagnostics, procédures et solutions de résolution - Participer aux essais terrain et aux validations de nouveaux produits - Intervenir ponctuellement sur site client lors d'incidents complexes - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits, systèmes et processus de support Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique stimulant où votre capacité d'analyse et votre curiosité seront de véritables atouts. 🛠️ L'environnement technique Produits Bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques Solutions de stockage d'énergie Produits connectés IoT Applications mobiles associées Systèmes communicants et réseaux Domaines d'intervention Diagnostic matériel (Hardware) Électronique et électrotechnique Réseaux et communications Analyse de défaillances Gestion d'incidents techniques complexes Support Niveau 2 📍 Situation géographique : Obernai (67)

Desktop Support Analyst – Bank – City London We are looking to recruit a Desktop Analyst with at least 5 years experience of working in Desktop Support from 1 to 3 level in a banking environment. You ideally have experience of working within a banking environment and understanding the banking arena. Responsible for the full range of user support, including desktop and peripheral hardware support, application support, network connectivity and remote connectivity.
