Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, the role is responsible for shaping, steering and scaling a group-wide AI Business Transformation Program, ensuring AI becomes a real driver of productivity, growth and operational excellence across all markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning high-level ambitions into clear initiatives, governance processes, KPIs and real adoption. The position works closely with Business Units, Group Functions and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize the most relevant initiatives and ensure that AI is deployed ethically, securely and in compliance with internal standards. The role also acts as a connector, orchestrator and catalyst, enabling countries and functions to adopt AI at scale while bringing visibility, alignment and discipline to the transformation roadmap.
