Le contexte Dans le cadre d'un programme majeur de transformation du SI d'un site industriel situé à Belfast, le projet vise à intégrer le site au système d'information Groupe et à migrer son ERP vers SAP S/4HANA. Le site, en forte croissance, sera également pilote pour le déploiement d'une version modernisée et rationalisée du modèle SAP Groupe. Le programme prévoit également la mise en œuvre d'une version modernisée et rationalisée du modèle SAP du Groupe. Le site constituera ainsi un environnement pilote pour la définition et le déploiement de cette solution cible. Modules principaux à connaitre - SAP SD – Sales & Distribution ; - gestion des commandes, livraisons et facturation ; - processus Order-to-Cash. + Modules et domaines en intégration MM : disponibilité des composants et approvisionnement ; PP : planification et fabrication ; EWM/WM : préparation, expédition et mouvements de stock ; FI/CO : facturation, comptabilisation et analyse de marge ; QM : contrôles qualité et documentation associée ; interfaces avec les systèmes clients, logistiques et industriels. Mission Vous êtes le référent fonctionnel des processus de gestion des stocks, des entrepôts et de la logistique. Vous veillez à la prise en compte des exigences de traçabilité des pièces et de documentation qualité propres à l'industrie aéronautique. Vous accompagnez le responsable de processus et les équipes métiers dans la définition de leurs besoins, la conception de la solution cible et la validation des processus. Responsabilités - analyser les processus actuels de gestion des commandes ; - organiser et animer les ateliers avec les équipes métiers ; - recueillir, clarifier et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels ; - accompagner le Business Process Owner dans la définition de la cible ; - contribuer à la définition des processus SAP S/4HANA ; - identifier les écarts entre les besoins métiers et le standard SAP ; - challenger les solutions proposées par les équipes d'intégration ; - contribuer à la définition des interfaces et des flux avec les systèmes connexes ; - coordonner les contributions des équipes métier ; - suivre l'avancement des actions et s'assurer du respect des échéances ; - contribuer à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et des dossiers de conception ; - participer aux tests, à la préparation de la migration et à la conduite du changement ; - contribuer à la préparation de la mise en production.
