UX Designer We require a UX Designer to join the design team and work along other designers, researchers, product owners and technologists in defining and developing digital products and platforms. You will be initiating and managing projects and lead the team forward in daily design tasks which include conducting workshops, user testing and prototyping. Key responsibilities • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive personas, use cases, concepts, user journeys and information architecture. • Create prototypes based on high-level business, functional, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure the best creative solutions are realized, implemented and delivered. • Work along business analysts to complement user stories with design output • Work closely with Project manager and the team to ensure the sprint expectations are being respected and backlog defined. • Keep abreast of latest practices, techniques and emerging technologies within the industry and employ these to develop ideas and inspire creative concepts. • Act as a design and UX advocate internally and externally. • Work directly with the client on project scope and expectations. Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • UX designer with over 3 years work experience working for respected clients as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role. • Understanding of the UX processes. • Experience in interface design for desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Experience of working in an Agile environment is desired. • Experience of working to strict deadlines. • Proven design track record. • Experience in designing user flows, wireframes and implementation instructions. • Ability to define key metrics and evaluate project success. • Portfolio of UX and design work. Skills • World class UX / interface design • Strong proof of concept, rapid prototyping, storyboarding and technical skills. • Excellent communication skills, written and oral. • Excellent presentation skills. • Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes and mock-ups in an iterative environment. • Proficiency in Sketch, Axure, Adobe CS, etc. • An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other key web technologies. Vous rejoindrez le centre de compétences ERP de la DSI, au sein d'une équipe produit agile en charge de plusieurs applications et processus métiers liés aux opérations, à la logistique et aux fonctions back-office. La mission s'inscrit dans un contexte de déploiement et d'évolution d'une nouvelle plateforme ERP à l'échelle internationale, impliquant de nombreuses entités et des interlocuteurs métiers et IT répartis dans plusieurs pays. Le/la Product Owner aura un rôle central dans la définition, l'évolution et l'adoption des outils utilisés par les équipes opérationnelles. 📋 Vos missions • Être responsable de la vision, de l'évolution et de la performance des applications qui vous sont confiées • Construire et faire évoluer les roadmaps produits en cohérence avec les enjeux métiers et les orientations stratégiques de la DSI • Construire, structurer et prioriser les backlogs • Organiser et animer les activités de grooming / refinement • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et des équipes métiers • Traduire les besoins métiers en exigences fonctionnelles claires et exploitables par les équipes de développement • Piloter les dépendances, les délais et les différents contributeurs du produit • Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes de développement Front-End, Back-End et Mobile • Accompagner les phases de déploiement et de mise en production des solutions • Identifier les problématiques rencontrées par les utilisateurs et proposer des solutions pragmatiques • Assurer le suivi de l'activité et effectuer un reporting régulier auprès du Product Manager • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits et des pratiques de l'équipe • Contribuer à l'amélioration du framework et des pratiques d'automatisation existantes Le/la Product Owner interviendra principalement sur des applications métiers à forte composante opérationnelle, notamment autour de : • Applications web, mobiles et outils destinés aux équipes terrain • Outils de planification et de pilotage des activités opérationnelles • Solutions de gestion des ressources et des équipements • Processus liés à l'exploitation et à la maintenance • Interfaces avec les systèmes ERP et autres applications du SI Une connaissance des problématiques liées à l'exploitation, la maintenance ou aux activités terrain constitue un réel atout.
