Cette mission inclut la participation à l'analyse fonctionnelle, la définition des échanges et de l'architecture de communication, ainsi que le développement logiciel. Nous attendons également une conception et validation d'une nouvelle solution technique. Le prestataire devra produire les spécifications techniques, développer le code nécessaire, réaliser les tests, et assurer l'archivage des sources avec commentaires. La rédaction de la documentation et le support technique aux membres de l'équipe projet sont également requis. L'intervention s'étend aux phases de mise en service, tout en respectant le planning et maîtrisant le budget.
