🎯 Context & Objective We are looking for a Network & System Administrator (Level 2) to support and deliver a network infrastructure upgrade at the Winnersh site (UK) , in alignment with group IT standards . You will contribute to the design phase with multiple IT stakeholders and lead the implementation of the new architecture on-site. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Resolve and document Level 2 IT tickets (incident/request) Support installation and maintenance of operating systems, software and applications following standards and processes Manage communication with internal users from request opening to resolution Coordinate with external providers/vendors ensuring compliance with company standards Manage IT assets: network devices, servers, licenses, desktops, printers Manage access to IT tools ensuring security compliance Support server infrastructure, virtualization, communications and security to ensure availability Monitor and manage VMware infrastructure Install, configure, test and maintain OS and system management tools Ensure high availability, security, backup, firmware upgrades and redundancy strategies Provide 2nd and 3rd level support , escalation and troubleshooting on complex topics Maintain documentation (procedures, working instructions, network diagrams) Provide user training and knowledge transfer to IT teams Propose improvements and contribute to IT projects (global scope) Work autonomously and report to IT Lead / IT Manager ✅ Deliverables New infrastructure in production Updated network diagram

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Barcelona North (Vallès region ) We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to the international end user based in Vallès region. This role is infrastructure-focused , with strong responsibility for communications, networks, firewalls and IT systems , ensuring stability, security and performance across the organization. Exposure to web development environments is a plus, supporting and evolving internal web platforms, but this is not a pure development role . Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure (Main Focus) Manage and maintain IT infrastructure , including networks, communications, routers and firewall configurations . Ensure security, availability and performance of servers, systems and IT services. Participate in infrastructure projects : upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives and security improvements. Coordinate infrastructure and communications across multiple sites in Spain . Work closely with the user/hardware support role, focusing on systems and communications , not end-user support. Web & Application Environment (Plus) Support and maintain web platforms and applications . Collaborate on improvements and new features for a B2B web platform . Occasional hands-on development or technical coordination. Technologies valued: Backend: ASP / .NET Frontend: modern JavaScript frameworks Requirements Senior-level experience in IT infrastructure Strong knowledge of networks, communications, routers, firewalls and IT security .
