Votre rôle couvrira l’évolution de l’environnement utilisateur, la modernisation de la collaboration ainsi que la sécurisation de l’identité dans un contexte hybride et multi tenant. Missions : Identité : Audit et refonte complète de l’infrastructure Active Directory. Mise en conformité et sécurisation de Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) selon les principes Zero Trust. Mise en place de politiques de Conditional Access pour la sécurisation des accès. Conception d’une architecture Cross-Tenant entre deux environnements Entra ID avec gestion fine des accès inter-tenant et scénarios B2B. Intégration AD / Entra ID avec Entra Connect Cloud Sync et gouvernance des identités. Modern Workplace : Définition de la trajectoire de migration Windows 10 → Windows 11 avec configuration automatisée via Intune et Autopilot. Mise en place de standards de poste de travail modernes, durcis et conformes aux politiques de sécurité. Collaboration & Messaging : Migration d’Exchange On-Premises (2016/2019) vers Exchange Online, avec mise en place de la gouvernance et de la sécurité M365. Cloud & Infrastructure : Conception et déploiement d’un PRA/DRP sur Azure, garantissant continuité d’activité et haute disponibilité. Définition des architectures IaaS / PaaS (AD DS, DNS, serveurs applicatifs). Conception et déploiement de l’architecture Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) et définition des cas d’usage VDI.

Our client is looking for a Presales & Solution Architect to work on a fully remote basis. This would be an initial 3 month contract working Outside IR35. Key Responsibilities Presales & Solution Architecture * Collaborate with sales and business development teams to shape client proposals and Statements of Work. * Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design and present tailored Microsoft 365 solutions, including architecture diagrams, demos, and proof-of-concepts. * Estimate effort and create bill-of-materials and scope documentation for service engagements. Design & Implementation * Architect and implement Microsoft 365 environments including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID. * Design governance, compliance, and security frameworks using Microsoft Purview, Intune, and Defender. * Lead workshops and training sessions for IT teams and end-users. * Develop migration and rollout strategies from legacy systems to Microsoft 365. Consulting & Delivery * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, licensing, and integration. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. * Produce high-quality documentation including design specs, test plans, and operational guides. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development. * Experience: o 5+ years in Microsoft 365 consulting, including presales and delivery. o Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions. o Familiarity with hybrid environments and cloud migration strategies. * Technical Skills: o Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune. o Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, Data Lifecycle Management, and Collaboration Governance. o Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft admin portals. o Exposure to Microsoft Defender suite (Identity, Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Office 365). * Certifications (preferred): o Microsoft SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator) o Microsoft SC-400 (Information Protection Administrator) o Microsoft MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) * Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. o Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. o Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
