Must have the following: · 1-2 years' experience 2nd/3rd Line Support capacity in FIS Integrity · Strong configuration and data model knowledge · Strong Treasury business operation understanding Advanced SQL capability · Integration experience (APIs, SWIFT, SFTP, ERP) · Experience with SaaS release models Qualifications · Strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills, with practical experience supporting or operating treasury systems. · Robust Analytical Skills to diagnose complex technical and functional issues, interpret data, and propose effective solutions. · Solid Finance and Accounting knowledge to understand treasury transactions, financial controls, and reporting requirements. · Experience working with or supporting FIS Integrity Treasury Application or similar treasury platforms is highly beneficial. · Background in 2nd/3rd line application support or technical support in financial services, ideally within a banking or corporate treasury environment. · Familiarity with system integrations, interfaces, and basic SQL or data querying for investigation and reporting. · Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. · Relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
