Dans le cadre d'un programme majeur d'intégration et de migration au sein d'un acteur international de l'Asset Management, nous recherchons un Consultant Fund Tax Operations capable d'intervenir rapidement sur la gestion opérationnelle de la fiscalité des fonds. La mission s'intègre au sein d'une équipe Fund Tax à taille humaine, responsable d'un périmètre international de fonds et fortement mobilisée sur l'onboarding, la migration et la mise à jour de la documentation fiscale. Vos principales responsabilités• Gérer directement les informations fiscales des fonds dans l'IRS Portal : enregistrements, mises à jour et modifications liées aux évolutions des fonds. • Gérer et fiabiliser les données GIIN et TIN et assurer leur cohérence avec les référentiels internes. • Préparer, compléter et mettre à jour les formulaires fiscaux américains, notamment W-8BEN-E / famille W-8, à la suite de changements de nom, d'adresse, de statut ou de structure. • Participer à l'onboarding et à la migration de fonds dans les outils et processus Fund Tax. • Collecter, contrôler et maintenir la documentation fiscale : informations fonds, prospectus, certificats, données fiscales et documents réglementaires. • Assurer les contrôles et réconciliations nécessaires à la fiabilité des données fiscales. • Intervenir sur les problématiques de Withholding Tax, Tax Reclaim et Relief at Source, ainsi que sur la documentation associée. • Contribuer aux dispositifs FATCA / CRS et à la qualification fiscale des fonds. • Coordonner les travaux avec les équipes internes, ManCos, dépositaires, custodians, Tax Advisors et autres parties prenantes impliquées dans les migrations. • Participer à la formalisation et à l'évolution des procédures et modes opératoires de l'équipe.

ContexteAu sein des Ressources Humaines Groupe (RHG), l'entité RHG GAP, Centre Services Partagés RH d'un grand groupe bancaire, assure les activités de gestion administrative RH, paie, post-paie et maintenance des SIRH pour les 60 000 collaborateurs du Groupe en France, exerçant au sein de 23 sociétés. Nous gérons actuellement 7 conventions collectives et de nombreux accords d'entreprise qui se traduisent dans nos processus et nos outils. Notre entité est composée de 270 collaborateurs basés à Pantin et Mérignac. Nos clients sont les salariés du Groupe en France et les acteurs RH des différentes entités du Groupe. Dans le cadre de l'évolution de son modèle de fonctionnement et de l'adaptation de son organisation aux transformations RH du Groupe, RHG GAP a défini son Target Operating Model (TOM), en miroir du TOM global du process staff Administration, afin de disposer d'une vision cible claire de son périmètre d'intervention, de son organisation, de sa gouvernance, de ses interfaces et de ses modalités de pilotage. Cette réflexion s'inscrit dans un contexte de transformation plus large marqué notamment par la mise en place d'un Core HR, projet international piloté par RHG. Une première phase de global design a déjà été conduite afin de définir le cadre général, les principes structurants et les grandes orientations du futur Core HR. La phase de local design constitue désormais l'étape suivante et vise à en décliner les principes pour le périmètre France, des sociétés gérées par RHG GAP mais également des 5 autres autonomes sur leur gestion administrative RH et leur paie, avec des enjeux d'harmonisation de leur processus et documentation. Nous souhaitons ainsi nous appuyer sur un prestataire expérimenté en gestion administrative RH, paie, transformation de modèles opérationnels et conduite du changement afin d'accompagner en priorité la définition du modèle opérationnel cible de RHG GAP et d'assurer, en parallèle, la bonne prise en compte des enjeux France dans le cadre du local design du Core HR. Une connaissance de ces activités à l'échelle internationale est attendue. Finalité de la prestation : Mettre en œuvre le modèle opérationnel cible de RHG GAP, en définissant les organisations, processus, gouvernances, modes de pilotage et dispositifs d'accompagnement nécessaires à sa réalisation et en y intégrant les évolutions liées au Core HR. Le prestataire contribuera également à sécuriser la phase de local design du Core HR pour le périmètre France, en veillant à la cohérence entre les orientations du projet et les choix d'organisation retenus pour RHG GAP. Mission 2 – Contribuer à la phase de local design du Core HR Ce second volet s'inscrit dans la continuité de la phase de global design déjà réalisée. Il vise à représenter les besoins, contraintes et spécificités du périmètre France en prévision de la phase de local design du Core HR, en lien avec les équipes projets centrales, les sociétés concernées et les équipes opérationnelles RHG GAP. En prévision de la phase de local design, il s'agit de travailler quotidiennement avec les SPOC de chaque entité non-cliente du CSP RHG GAP pour auditer leur processus de gestion administrative afin de le faire converger vers le modèle central et simplifier la migration vers le nouveau Core HR. Cela implique une revue de leur processus mais surtout de leur documentation pour standardiser les différents contrats, avenants et attestations (plus dizaines de documents pour chaque société). Profil et expérience attendusExpérience significative dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de modèles opérationnels cibles (Target Operating Model) en France et à l'international, la transformation d'organisations de services, la mutualisation d'activités et l'accompagnement de programmes de transformation à forte composante RH. Expérience dans de grands groupes ayant conduit des transformations impliquant mutualisation, standardisation, évolution des modes de delivery ou organisation multi-pays/multi-entités. Capacité à intégrer la dimension politique en entreprise. Expérience confirmée en gestion administrative RH, idéalement complétée par une bonne compréhension des enjeux de paie, post-paie et SIRH. Expérience de projets Core HR, SIRH ou transformation RH dans des environnements complexes, multi-sociétés et fortement réglementés.
