Contexte de la missionDans le cadre d'une mission au sein de la DSI d'un grand groupe, nous recherchons un Architecte Solutions Expert pour accompagner la transformation des pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle. Le consultant interviendra de manière transverse auprès des équipes IT afin de définir et promouvoir les standards de Software Engineering, évaluer la maturité des produits et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration concrets. Missions principalesRéaliser des revues d'architecture et accompagner les équipes dans la conception de solutions robustes et évolutives. Définir, structurer et animer les standards de Software Engineering à l'échelle de la DSI. Auditer la maturité logicielle des produits IT et identifier les axes d'amélioration. Construire et piloter des plans d'amélioration adaptés aux besoins des équipes. Accompagner les Tech Leaders et les développeurs dans l'adoption des bonnes pratiques. Fédérer une communauté d'expertise autour de l'architecture et de la qualité logicielle. Contribuer au cadrage de l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle dans le SDLC. Produire et maintenir la documentation d'architecture. Compétences techniques requisesArchitecture de solutions : expérience confirmée en conception et revues d'architecture. Java / J2EE : forte expertise technique. Software Engineering : maîtrise des ADR, Design Patterns, Software Quality et Release Management. Engineering Metrics : connaissance des 4 Key Metrics. C4 Model : maîtrise indispensable. SDLC & IA : capacité à accompagner la réflexion sur l'intégration de l'IA dans le cycle de développement logiciel. Livrables attendusDossiers d'architecture. Profil recherchéNous recherchons un profil senior disposant d'une véritable expérience dans la transformation des pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle à l'échelle d'une DSI. Le candidat devra démontrer sa capacité à intervenir au-delà de l'architecture projet ou produit, avec une réelle dimension transverse, stratégique et opérationnelle.
