The successful candidate will work across the full application-development lifecycle, designing and delivering modern cloud-native solutions using Azure, Vue.js, C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications within Microsoft Azure. * Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault and Azure Monitor. * Design and build enterprise backend services using C# and .NET 10. * Develop and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs. * Build modern frontend applications using Vue.js, TypeScript and JavaScript. * Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services. * Apply cloud-native design principles across application architecture and development. * Support application monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation. * Use AI development agents and tooling as part of the day-to-day software-development workflow. * Work closely with architects, engineers, product teams and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. * Develop solutions that support complex healthcare workflows and interoperability requirements. * Ensure software is delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory, security and quality standards. Essential Skills & Experience * Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer / Application Developer. * Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including: o Azure Functions o Azure App Services o Azure Key Vault o Azure Monitor o Cloud-native application design * Strong development experience with C# and .NET 10. * Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs. * Enterprise backend engineering experience. * Strong frontend development experience using Vue.js. * Frontend development experience using TypeScript and/or JavaScript. * Experience developing modern, accessible user interfaces and reusable frontend components. * Confident and experienced use of AI development agents and tools within the software-development lifecycle. * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability patterns. * Experience delivering software within complex or regulated environments. Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience within regulated healthcare or medical-device software environments. * Knowledge of standards including: o ISO 13485 o ISO 14971 o IEC 62304 * Experience integrating with healthcare APIs and interoperability services. * Experience delivering applications within large-scale Public Sector environments. * Strong understanding of security, monitoring and operational support within Azure. Full Stack Developer (Kotlin, React, TypeScript & Spring Boot) - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have an Active SC Clearance Full Stack Developer Overview - We are seeking three experienced Full Stack Developers to deliver modern, scalable cloud-native applications. - Opportunities are available for 2 Senior Developers (SFIA Level 5) and 1 Developer (SFIA Level 4). - Work across frontend and backend development using Kotlin, React, TypeScript and Spring Boot within cloud-based environments, ideally AWS. Full Stack Developer Responsibilities - Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript. - Build scalable backend services and APIs using Kotlin and Spring Boot. - Deliver end-to-end application functionality across the full technology stack. - Develop, deploy and support cloud-native applications within AWS environments. - Work with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch and OpenSearch. - Support infrastructure automation and deployment using Terraform. - Work with MySQL databases and GitHub for source control and collaborative development. - Contribute to application testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable applications. Full Stack Developer Skills and Experience - Strong hands-on Kotlin development experience. - Extensive React and TypeScript experience building modern frontend applications. - Strong Spring Boot experience developing backend services and APIs. - Proven full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies. - Experience delivering modern cloud-native applications. - Strong understanding of cloud-based development, ideally AWS. - Experience using GitHub and modern development practices. - Knowledge of AWS services including ECS, CloudWatch, SQS, RDS, IAM, OpenSearch, S3 and Lambda. - Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code would be advantageous. - MySQL database experience would be beneficial. - Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager would be desirable. - Strong problem-solving, communication and collaborative development skills. - Senior Developers should demonstrate technical capability and delivery experience appropriate to SFIA Level 5. - Developers applying at SFIA Level 4 should demonstrate strong hands-on development and delivery experience.
