Are you an engineer looking to develop your skills within an innovative engineering environment, where you will work on cutting-edge display technology projects and receive ongoing training?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team focused on the design and development of bespoke display hardware, control panels, and mechanical enclosure solutions for a diverse international customer base. Working alongside senior engineers, you will gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle, from concept design and visualisation through to prototyping, testing, and manufacture.

In this role, you will support the creation of 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks, assist with rapid prototyping and testing activities, and contribute to the production of technical documentation. You will also collaborate with suppliers, fabrication partners, and internal teams to help deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and have experience using SolidWorks or similar CAD software through academic studies, placements, or project work. Any experience with 3D rendering software, 3D printing, or hands-on prototyping would be advantageous.

The Role:

• Mechanical design using SolidWorks 3D CAD and 2D drawings
• Support product development from concept through to testing
• Assist with rapid prototyping and workshop assembly activities
• Produce engineering documentation including BOMs and ECNs
• Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience with SolidWorks or comparable CAD software
• Passion for mechanical product design and engineering
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Keen to learn and develop within a supportive engineering team
