Our Project Managers take ownership of full projects or parts of large-scale programmes, ensuring delivery meets agreed standards of quality, time, and cost, while managing governance, risks, issues, and dependencies through to resolution. You'll track progress and budgets, report to senior stakeholders, manage change and cross-project impacts and maintain strong governance. As a team leader, you'll also foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build a positive culture, while also developing the strong stakeholder relationships needed on a programme of work like this. We'll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process: You have taken full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of a, number of different digital projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines). Good working knowledge of effective project controls to demonstrate the health of the projects you are responsible for, and react accordingly to the information gathered. Proven ability and experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships to shape the outcomes of a project, considering different individual needs, views, and ideas. Experience and proven track record of building team dynamics and identifying ways to improve the way the team is working.
