Technical Stack & Skills Backend Mastery (Essential) · Languages: Expert-level Python (preferred for AI/Data) or Node.js/TypeScript. · Cloud Native AWS: Deep experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS/SNS. · Database Expertise: Proven experience with Graph Databases (Amazon Neptune / SPARQL) and NoSQL environments. · Search Technologies: Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, specifically regarding vector database capabilities. Behavioural Skills for Success · Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how data flows from a raw clinical document into a structured "triple" in a graph database. · Security-First Mindset: A rigorous approach to data validation, especially given the high-stakes nature of national healthcare guidance. · Iterative Delivery: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve based on discovery findings and user testing.
