Vos missionsGestion de la Configuration (Configuration Management)Vous serez responsable de la qualité et de la gouvernance de la CMDB ServiceNow. Participer aux comités de gestion de configuration avec les équipes d'infogérance. Valider les demandes de création ou de modification des Configuration Items (CI).
