Votre rôle Dans le cadre du déploiement européen d'une plateforme de gestion et de commercialisation de véhicules d'occasion, nous recherchons deux Business Experts / Data Quality pour intervenir sur la fiabilisation et l'harmonisation d'un référentiel Customer Master Data. Le périmètre couvre 8 pays européens et plusieurs marques et entités juridiques disposant aujourd'hui de leurs propres référentiels et processus de création client. L'objectif de la mission est double : Fiabiliser et nettoyer les données clients existantes, notamment sur une population d'environ 12 000 clients actifs. Harmoniser et pérenniser les processus de création et de maintenance des clients entre les différents pays, marques et systèmes.
