CONTEXTE Le Groupe développe un nombre croissant de cas d'usage reposant sur des solutions d'intelligence artificielle. Ce développement accéléré nécessite le renforcement d'une ressource dédiée à l'accompagnement privacy de ces projets. L'objectif de la mission est d'assurer la conformité privacy des cas d'usage IA développés au sein du Groupe, en déterminant et communiquant les exigences applicables, en accompagnant les Product Owners et en contribuant à la revue des dispositifs déjà en place. RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES Déterminer et formaliser les exigences privacy attachées aux solutions IA utilisées par le Groupe Accompagner les Product Owners (PO) dans la mise en conformité privacy de leurs cas d'usage IA Contribuer à la revue de la conformité privacy des cas d'usage IA déjà déployés Définir et piloter des politiques et stratégies de protection des données personnelles Animer et apporter un support à la filière Protection des données personnelles Identifier et évaluer les risques privacy sous un angle métier (impacts, dispositifs de maîtrise) Élaborer ou contribuer au référentiel de contrôles permanents et réaliser des contrôles de niveau Assurer le suivi des plans de remédiation permettant de réduire les risques identifiés LIVRABLES ATTENDUS Cartographie des exigences privacy applicables aux solutions IA Analyses et avis de conformité privacy par cas d'usage IA Revues de conformité des cas d'usage existants Contributions au référentiel de contrôles permanents Rapports de suivi des plans de remédiation Supports de sensibilisation / communication à destination des équipes PO et métier

Business Analyst with Data Protection and Banking Systems – Manchester We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst with at least 5 years experience with full project life-cycle. Must have experience of working on retail banking systems and must have the following experience: Experience of regulations such as GDPR, SRP and any background with Data Privacy. This position is based around risk and Data Protection – we would like to see as much expertise in this area and ideally have Data Protection certification. Vous serez en charge du pilotage de projets Data, avec un accent particulier sur l’analyse de données, et consistera à accompagner les clients internes dans leurs projets : recueil et formalisation des besoins, conseil et orientation vers les solutions de mise à disposition des données les plus adaptées. L’ensemble des use cases (Crédit, Valeur Résiduelle, Epargne, Innovation, Marketing…) est géré sur la plateforme GCP. Vos missions consisteront à contribuer: Accompagner les clients internes dans leurs projets data, les aider à exprimer leurs besoins, les conseiller et les orienter vers les solutions de mises à disposition des données Animer la qualité des données mises à disposition en coordination avec les data stewards et les business owners Communiquer et promouvoir les solutions de la Data Platform auprès des différentes filiales Favoriser l’identification de cas d’usage de la Data Platform et en démontrer la valeur ajoutée pour le business Assurer la cohérence des projets Data Platform, leur alignement avec la stratégie et leur conformité (protection des données, gouvernance, sécurité, etc.) Identifier les synergies potentielles entre les projets Data Platform et formuler des propositions adaptées (mutualisation, report, priorisation, etc.) Traduire les besoins métiers en exigences fonctionnelles, produire la documentation nécessaire pour les décisions Go/No Go, la priorisation et le développement Piloter et suivre les projets data selon les axes QCD (Qualité, Coûts, Délais), de la phase de cadrage jusqu’au Go Live, en méthodologie Agile Garantir la conformité méthodologique et l’auditabilité des projets data ainsi que la livraison de la documentation projet Assurer, tout au long des projets, la coordination des actions entre les différentes parties prenantes, dans les filiales : Business Owner, Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Factory (Data Engineering, Data Science, IT & Data Architecture) ainsi que les métiers concernés (marketing, digital, réglementaire, finance & contrôle, etc.) Définir et suivre les KPI QCD, et rendre compte de l’avancement des projets dont il/elle a la responsabilité Garantir la validation métier des produits livrés Assurer la formation et l’adoption opérationnelle des produits livrés Garantir la continuité des produits, depuis leur mise en production jusqu’à leur gestion

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. or a combination of education and relevant experience - Query languages e.g. SQL, Java, Hive, R, - Data Management technologies e.g. ETL tools, data integration platforms - Data visualisation tools e.g. PowerBI, Qlik - Certification in data architecture or related domains - Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer (or a related role, with a strong emphasis on data architecture design and implementation) employing modern data engineering tools and technologies - Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AWS) including familiarity with cloud-based data storage, and big data technologies - Working in the public sector - Leading a team delivering data solutions, products or services - Managing projects - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions - Able to connect disparate data sets together to build useful analytics - Planning, coordinating and prioritising workload for self and team - Producing good quality documentation and reports, and present information to stakeholders of varied levels. - In-depth knowledge of modern data practices, including the technologies used, platforms and services, and the interface with cloud technologies, as well as data modelling techniques. - Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data architecture - Good understanding of the working practices of a Police Force LA International is an award-winning partner of choice for many of the world's most influential companies and government organisations.
