Contexte de la missionVous interviendrez en tant que Business Analyst Data sur des sujets liés à la connaissance client, la segmentation, les parcours marketing et les usages data. Vous serez l'interface entre les équipes métiers Marketing, les équipes Data et les équipes de développement. Vos principales responsabilités :Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers auprès des équipes Marketing. Animer des ateliers et produire des comptes rendus synthétiques mettant en avant les décisions et points clés. Transformer les besoins en récits utilisateurs structurés selon l'approche INVEST. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. Participer à la modélisation fonctionnelle des données. Réaliser des analyses et explorations de données. Préparer et exécuter les campagnes de tests fonctionnels. Assurer le suivi des anomalies, incidents et demandes d'assistance. Participer à l'accompagnement au changement et à la rédaction de la documentation projet. Produire les livrables attendus dans le cadre du cycle de vie produit.
