Ce que vous allez faire Livrer régulièrement de nouvelles features, avec une vraie culture du MVP et des cycles courts. Découper les sujets intelligemment pour aller vite sans dégrader la qualité. Contribuer à la réduction de la dette technique : refacto, librairies à mettre à jour, legacy à rationaliser. Participer à la consolidation du design system et à son meilleur alignement avec le code existant. Challenger les choix techniques et proposer des solutions simples, robustes et orientées impact. Utiliser l'IA au quotidien — notamment Claude — pour accélérer le développement, améliorer les prompts, générer du code et surtout challenger les outputs produits.
