Junior Project Manager Home Based, UK - Occasional Travel to Customer Sites £32,000 - £40,000 + Remote Working + Training + Progression Are you a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator or PMO professional with experience supporting technology implementation or business-change projects? Are you looking to take greater ownership of project delivery while receiving the training and support to develop into an accomplished Project Manager? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established technology and consulting business that helps organisations across the engineering, construction and manufacturing sectors improve how they use systems, data and digital workflows. You will join a supportive project team and help deliver several customer projects concurrently. You will build project plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and actions, produce progress reports and ensure that agreed outcomes remain on track. The role offers significant exposure to customers, senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will help gather requirements, facilitate meetings and workshops, translate business needs into clear delivery actions and support projects from initial discovery through to implementation. This position would suit someone with early experience in technology projects, SaaS implementation, digital transformation, PMO delivery or business change who is organised, confident with stakeholders and ready to take the next step in their project-management career. The Role: - Coordinate multiple technology and digital-transformation projects - Build and maintain project plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies - Facilitate customer meetings, workshops and project updates - Support requirements gathering, governance, reporting and change control - Work with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders throughout delivery - Home-based position with travel to UK customer sites, typically 10-30% The Person: - Experience supporting or managing technology, software implementation or business-change projects - Background as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar - Confident communicating with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders - Familiar with project planning, RAID management, governance and progress reporting - Organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating several priorities Experience with Autodesk technology, AEC, manufacturing or formal project-management qualifications would be beneficial but is not essential.
