Environnement technique Suite Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace Outils et méthodes de conduite du changement Cadrage et diagnostic organisationnel Contexte Notre client, acteur bancaire d'envergure nationale regroupant plusieurs réseaux et établissements affiliés, engage une transformation de ses outils collaboratifs à travers le déploiement de la suite M365 et de solutions de digital workplace. Une équipe dédiée à la transformation de l'expérience collaborateur accompagne l'ensemble des entités du groupe dans cette évolution et recherche un renfort en stratégie d'accompagnement au changement. Missions Analyser les processus métiers et modèles organisationnels existants afin d'identifier des pistes d'amélioration au regard des évolutions du SI et de l'organisation Réaliser des études de cadrage métier en amont ou en cours de projet, en formalisant l'expression des besoins Concevoir et animer la démarche de conduite du changement liée au déploiement du programme digital workplace et de la suite M365 Décrire les processus cibles, mesurer les impacts des évolutions du SI et qualifier les risques associés aux changements Accompagner la mise en œuvre des projets de transformation et d'optimisation, en assurant l'animation continue du changement auprès des collaborateurs Mobiliser des techniques de facilitation pour faire émerger les idées, aussi bien en phase de diagnostic qu'en phase de résolution de problèmes ou de bilan Contribuer à la démarche qualité du projet, en veillant au respect des normes et méthodes applicables et en assurant un rôle de conseil auprès du client Compétences attendues Change management Conduite du changement Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace Cadrage métier Analyse de processus Facilitation Gestion des risques projet

Application Support Analyst Our Client is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years 1 and 2 Line Support experience. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Application Support Analyst has primary responsibility for providing day to day operational support for the Application Portfolio, through the effective use and management of incident, requests and problems. ou will be responsible for the regular monitoring and maintenance of the application portfolio. You will be responsible for the change management process, ensuring that the all changes are managed in accordance with the appropriate policies and that they have an appropriate roll-back plan and are scheduled in conjunction with the SSC and 3 party suppliers as appropriate.
