You will have proven track of working within the banking World and delivering digital capabilities for the bank. Director of IT Engineering Role Expectations The Director of Engineering (DOE) possesses a range of management, technology, and engineering experiences serving as the leader of our engineering department. The DOE is responsible for developing the technological vision for the Company in partnership with other executives; establishing the executive direction related to the technological interests of the Company, how technology is utilized in support of our staff, partners, and customers to help improve and increase business; as well as oversee the effective deployment, implementation, and management of internal engineering operations. The DOE will develop a roadmap and budget to help support technology investments that enable the Company to meet its vision. Vous intégrez une société innovante de 160 collaborateurs répartis sur 4 sites. Rattaché(e) au directeur d'activité "développement informatique" (40 personnes), vous : -Intervenez pour des clients en France et à l'étranger : ferroviaire, nucléaire, industries diverses, -Travaillez en liens avec vos homologues spécialistes de l'électronique en vue de conceptions globales "logiciel/système", -Réalisez le recueil des besoins auprès de vos clients, -Projetez le projet en termes de planning et de budget, -Rédigez les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles et les validez avec vos clients, -Effectuez les développements logiciels, essentiellement en C#, -Pilotez les phases de tests, recettes, formation et support (les premières semaines), Des déplacements fréquents sur une journée en France sont à prévoir et les déplacements à l'étranger ont lieu à hauteur de 2 semaines/an.
