Contexte : La mission principale vise à concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions digitales innovantes en s'appuyant sur les technologies d'Intelligence Artificielle et les outils de développement augmentés tels que GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI et la Power Platform. Environnement : • 400 utilisateurs, Windows workstation 11, M365 • Serveurs applicatifs hébergés dans le cloud Azure • Multi-sites Description de la mission : La mission principale consistera à concevoir, développer, industrialiser et maintenir des solutions numériques à forte valeur ajoutée pour les métiers, en mobilisant les technologies Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, IA générative et automatisation. Cette activité de développement et d'innovation représentera environ 70 % de la mission. Les activités principales seront : • Le recueil et la qualification des besoins métiers, la conception fonctionnelle et technique des solutions, ainsi que la priorisation des développements selon la valeur attendue. • Le développement Full Stack d'applications, d'automatisations, de connecteurs, d'agents IA ou de composants Power Platform, dans une logique d'industrialisation, de sécurité et de maintenabilité. • L'intégration des outils d'IA générative et de développement augmenté afin d'accélérer les cycles de réalisation, améliorer la qualité du code et favoriser l'innovation continue. • La mise en production, la documentation, l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et le transfert de compétences vers les équipes internes. En complément, le prestataire consacrera environ 30 % de son activité au maintien en condition opérationnelle des services existants. Technical Project Manager – Bank – City of London As the Technical Project Manager, you play an integral role in a high performing team to deliver technical projects on time, to budget and that achieve both the project objectives and increase internal customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role where you apply your technical expertise in either software development or IT infrastructure projects. At times, you might need to chip in on business requirement scoping and technical delivery to get the project across the line. You leverage your project management expertise and adept communication skills to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle and by doing so, you directly shape the success of IT projects, and therefore our business. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary Taking ownership of critical risks and issues, coordinating resolution with all appropriate constituents, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery Manage metrics reporting and analysis of business demand against capacity constraints Manage the development and delivery of IT products utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies Focus on the constant improvement of quality, speed and ensuring the team learns and gets better each sprint.
