Mission de l'équipe : Au sein de l'équipe Data & Reporting, la mission s'inscrit dans un programme de transformation visant à intégrer les activités de reporting et de performance au sein des outils cibles de la plateforme Asset Management. 1. Pilotage des phases de tests et d'intégration · La mission consiste à déployer la stratégie de tests définie pour l'intégration des activités de reporting et de performance dans les outils cibles. · Le consultant participe à l'exécution des campagnes de tests et des phases de fonctionnement en parallèle entre les anciens et les nouveaux environnements afin de valider la qualité des traitements avant la bascule en production. · Une collaboration étroite est attendue avec le Test Manager ainsi qu'avec les équipes fonctionnelles impliquées dans le projet. 2. Analyse des anomalies et coordination de leur résolution · La mission est responsable d'analyser, documenter et qualifier les anomalies détectées lors des phases pilotes, de tests et de parallel run. · Selon leur origine, les incidents devront être pris en charge avec les équipes IT lorsqu'ils relèvent d'évolutions applicatives, ou avec les équipes en charge des Golden Sources lorsque les problématiques concernent la disponibilité ou la qualité des données. · L'objectif est d'assurer une résolution rapide des anomalies afin de sécuriser les prochaines étapes du projet. 3. Accompagnement de la mise en production · La mission accompagne les premières mises en production des nouveaux reportings et participe à la sécurisation des traitements opérationnels. · Elle contribue au suivi des changements tout au long du processus de transition et apporte un support fonctionnel aux équipes afin de garantir une adoption fluide du nouveau modèle cible. 4. Coordination transverse avec les équipes projet · La mission intervient en interaction permanente avec les différentes équipes impliquées dans le programme de transformation. · Elle participe activement à la mise en œuvre du modèle cible en assurant la coordination entre les équipes Reporting, Performance, IT, Data, Client Services, Sales et les autres parties prenantes du projet. · Le consultant reporte directement au Manager de l'équipe Reporting & Data Services. Prestations demandées : La mission interviendra principalement sur les piliers suivants : · Déploiement de la stratégie de tests. · Migration et intégration des activités de reporting. · Analyse et résolution des anomalies. · Accompagnement de la mise en production.
