Mission Freelance : Responsable Data Transformation & Migration Contexte de la mission : Dans le cadre d'une refonte majeure de son système d'information et de la modernisation de ses environnements applicatifs, un groupe leader dans la distribution spécialisée recherche un Responsable Data Transformation et Migration expérimenté. Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Système d'Information et du Numérique, vous accompagnerez les projets stratégiques du groupe en garantissant la qualité, la cohérence, la sécurisation et la continuité des données lors des phases de transformation. Détails de la mission : · Rôle : Responsable Data Transformation et Migration (Freelance) · Début de mission : Septembre 2026 · Durée : Jusqu'à avril 2027 (minimum - renouvelable) · Expérience requise : + de 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires Vos Responsabilités : Cette mission transverse s'inscrit au cœur de plusieurs grands chantiers : · Projets de transformation applicative impliquant des évolutions de process clés (ERP, WMS, PIM, CRM, E-facturation). · Gestion des référentiels (évolutions, centralisation, harmonisation et fusions de données). · Modernisation des architectures et usages Data. Missions principales : · Cadrage & Stratégie : Définir et piloter les stratégies de reprise, de transformation et de migration des données. · Coordination : Assurer le lien entre la DSI, les équipes Projets, le pôle Data et les différentes directions métiers. · Qualité & Fiabilisation : Piloter les travaux d'assainissement, de nettoyage et de réconciliation des données. · Recette & Bascule : Organiser les phases de recette data et sécuriser l'ensemble des opérations de cut-over (bascule). · Gestion des Risques : Maîtriser les risques d'intégrité de la donnée et piloter les plans de stabilisation / correction post-migration. · Gouvernance : Veiller au respect des standards de gouvernance des données définis au niveau du groupe. Amélioration de la fréquence de génération de cette information et mise en œuvre de vérifications de qualité de données avec des dashboards.
