La mission est centrée sur le run, la supervision et la transmission progressive des compétences à une équipe d'infogérance. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de développement : le consultant devra comprendre les applications et leurs flux, traiter les incidents, fiabiliser l'exploitation et produire une documentation réellement utilisable par les équipes qui reprendront le périmètre. L'environnement combine des composants historiques et plus récents, avec des services Windows, des applications conteneurisées, des middleware, des bases de données et des flux d'échange de fichiers. Vos missions Assurer la surveillance et le bon fonctionnement des applications et chaînes de traitement critiques. Prendre en charge les incidents de production : analyse, diagnostic, coordination, suivi de résolution et compte rendu post-incident. Formaliser des procédures de détection, de diagnostic et de correction pour les incidents récurrents. Participer aux contrôles quotidiens de production et améliorer les outils associés. Identifier les zones de fragilité, les alertes pertinentes et les axes d'amélioration de l'exploitation. Accompagner les déploiements et mises en production, en lien avec les équipes de développement et d'infrastructure. Centraliser et maintenir une base documentaire d'exploitation claire, structurée et exploitable sans dépendance au consultant.
