Contexte de la mission Dans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de transformation, notre client du secteur de l'assurance recherche un Chef de Projet SI Senior / Pilote de Projet afin de coordonner un projet à forte visibilité impliquant de nombreuses parties prenantes métiers et IT. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement complexe composé de plusieurs équipes contributrices : métiers, développement, architecture, production, socles techniques et applicatifs. Vos missions Participer au cadrage du projet et à la définition des orientations en lien avec les équipes métiers. Coordonner l'ensemble des parties prenantes et assurer la synchronisation des travaux. Mettre en place et animer les instances de gouvernance projet. Assurer le suivi des plannings, des risques et des plans d'actions. Produire et présenter les reportings d'avancement auprès des instances de pilotage. Accompagner les arbitrages et la priorisation des travaux en fonction des capacités et des enjeux. Suivre l'avancement des features et des réalisations. Participer aux mises en production et aux mises en service. Maintenir à jour les outils de pilotage (planning, charges, consommés, risques, capacité, atterrissage budgétaire). Rédiger les livrables projet : cadrage, comptes rendus, supports de comités, spécifications, supports de présentation, etc. Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes métiers et IT.

Nous recherchons pour notre client, un(e) Consultant SAP Forecast to Stock Senior, pour un CDI, afin de rejoindre un programme de transformation ERP d'envergure internationale. Le contexte s'inscrit au sein d'un grand groupe international à forte décentralisation, composé de nombreuses entités réparties en Europe et à l'international, avec une forte diversité de sites industriels et d'organisations locales. L'écosystème SAP en place est riche, structuré autour de plusieurs plateformes historiques, aujourd'hui en cours d'harmonisation dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation majeur vers SAP S/4HANA. L'objectif est clair : construire un Core Model cible, renforcer la standardisation des processus, et accompagner le déploiement progressif dans l'ensemble des entités du groupe. Dans ce cadre, vous interviendrez sur le domaine Forecast to Stock (production, qualité et exécution logistique), avec une forte dimension projet, architecture fonctionnelle et accompagnement du changement.
