Front End Developer – Stratford East London Working in a small dynamic team, reporting to the Delivery Manager and supporting the Head of UX. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative customer focused solutions. As the Client spans both customer-centric and policy/contract-centric technology, and provides services that merge the two, this position requires a person who is comfortable in and can effectively address both. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a passion for the development of ground breaking, mobile optimised digital solutions to enhance the customer experience. This position offers creative freedom and will suit a candidate with an eye for smart, user-friendly design who is self motivated with excellent organisational skills. The role requires the incumbent to have at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a Developer with some design capabilities. Skills required for this position include: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery XML/JSON Experience taking mock-ups and prototypes to working web models Experience creating responsive websites, preferably with frameworks like Bootstrap or similar Building with a CMS It would be useful but not mandatory to have experience of the following: SCSS/SASS Communication with Web Services using JSON or XML (preferably using AJAX in jQuery) Some exposure to, or experience with PHP Exposure to the UX development process Design/Prototyping with Axure or myBalsamiq Tableau Salary range is £30K – 40K + Benefits Please send your CV to us in Word format.

FrontEnd Developer with Javascript Using the latest technologies, processes and tools to deliver state of the art web applications and innovation experiments (PoCs) Be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, scalable and reusable solutions Working as part of multi-disciplinary agile pods with other technical, creative and business roles Participate in engineering discipline, best practice and standards compliance within Innovation Programme and HSBC IT Requirements: 3+ years’ commercial experience The ideal candidates for this role will have expertise in the following: JavaScript / react.js / jQuery / npm / CSS / Sass / Less / HTML 5 / bootstrap Experience in consuming REST APIs and utilising JSON for web applications CI/CD - tools such as Jenkins, Nexus Version control and collaboration - GitHub Knowledge is desirable, but not essential in the following: Microsoft SharePoint 2013/Online – publishing features Good working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban Agile Tooling – Jira, Confluence, Slack In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have a mindset of an Innovator: curious, meticulous, connected, creative and communicative The Client is based in Krakow Poland – you will be working remotely for now – but will require to be available for meetings in Krakow Poland.
