Infrastructure Architect Must have an Active DV Clearance You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders, technical teams, security specialists, service architects, and third-party suppliers throughout the full delivery lifecycle. The position is ideal for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with strong customer-facing skills and a proven track record delivering secure enterprise infrastructure solutions. Infrastructure Architect Responsibilities Design and deliver secure, highly resilient infrastructure architectures. Own the technical delivery of infrastructure proposals from design through to implementation. Work closely with customers to define infrastructure requirements and technical solutions. Ensure architectural solutions align with customer strategy and business objectives. Collaborate with security, service, engineering, and project delivery teams. Manage technical change requests and third-party supplier activities. Support successful project delivery, service transition, and operational readiness. Promote Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the architecture function. Infrastructure Architect Skills and Experience Extensive experience designing and implementing secure, large-scale enterprise infrastructure solutions. Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience defining infrastructure requirements directly with customers. Proven track record delivering production infrastructure implementations through to successful service transition. Experience designing infrastructure solutions that comply with security standards and best practice. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise administration, including GPO, Registry, WMI, PowerShell, Windows Update, patch management, and Windows Installer technologies. Service Architect Must have an Active DV Clearance Join a high-performing delivery team responsible for designing and transitioning complex services into live operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to act as the service subject matter expert across major project deliveries, ensuring service stability, supportability, and operational excellence. Service Architect Responsibilities Develop end-to-end service designs for low, medium, and high-complexity deliveries. Assess customer operational environments and support model requirements. Define service operating models, governance structures, and support arrangements. Develop service acceptance criteria, support requirements, and transition plans. Contribute to SLA, KPI, and underpinning contract development. Identify and manage service-related RAID items, constraints, exclusions, and SPOFs. Define early life support requirements and service readiness activities. Design and integrate service processes and tooling requirements. Produce service documentation, operational procedures, and supporting artefacts. Support the successful transition of services into live operation. Influence solution design decisions to ensure service stability and operational efficiency. Service Architect Skills and Experience Significant experience in Service Architecture or Service Management. Strong understanding of service management concepts, principles, and best practices. Experience designing service operating models for major IT systems. Strong knowledge of service supply chains and operational environments. Experience developing service transition, support, and governance models. Ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation. Experience working within complex delivery programmes and tight timescales. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience leading virtual and co-located teams.
