The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking fundamentals, and backup solutions, alongside a passion for continuous improvement and excellent communication skills. The Role: Provide IT support and troubleshooting across multiple sites and users Resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL-based processes and SLAs Manage and monitor network and server infrastructure in the field Contribute to IT projects including upgrades and service improvement initiatives Represent Group IT and deliver world-class customer service Collaborate with global IT teams to support over 4,000 users The Person: Broad knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and NTFS Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, switches) and anti-virus software Experience with backup technologies and data protection best practices Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and abroad) for site visits or projects

En tant que Gestionnaire d’Application votre mission sera de gérer l'administration du module Salesforce Service Cloud. Livrables (niveau expert requis): 1. Setup des différentes bases CRM à jour et documentées 2. Maitrise de la solution Backup et Restore de Salesforce 3. Maitrise la logique de Salesforce de la sécurité/ des accès Missions • Contribuer au maintien du fonctionnement de la plateforme en étant garant de la performance et de l’intégrité des données • Qualifier les tickets de support, assurer le traitement et le suivi des tickets sur son périmètre • Procéder à l’escalade des tickets : Escalade Intégrateur / Editeur • Réaliser les paramétrages Salesforce (administration quotidienne, configuration des objets, flows, Règles d’automatisation, Rapports, etc.) • Réaliser le déploiement en Préproduction / Production des releases Salesforce • Piloter les releases Salesforce : analyser les notes de version, identifier les impacts sur les processus métier, anticiper les changements et coordonner les tests et les mise en production • Assurer le suivi des jobs de sauvegarde de la solution CRM et restaurer les données CRM si besoin • Faire le suivi journalier des rejets fonctionnels sur les flux en place et assurer d'éventuels reprises de données • Gérer les paramètres de sécurité et effectuer régulièrement des audits de la plateforme • Effectuer le suivi de l’usage des gouverneurs limites de la plateforme et communiquer régulièrement la tendance de leur évolution au responsable de pôle. • Tenir à jour la documentation du système et les politiques / procédures Salesforce et dossier d’exploitation • Contribuer au maintien et au transfert des connaissances techniques et fonctionnelles nécessaires à la pérennité de la Solution • Eventuellement, assister le Responsable d’Application dans la rédaction des spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles • Eventuellement, assurer le backup du Responsable d’Application quand cela est nécessaire • Possibilité d’astreintes Expérience : • Expérience professionnelle confirmée sur Salesforce obligatoire • Certifications Administrateur (requis) et Développeur sur Salesforce (Plus) • Maîtrise SOQL, Apex Code • Idéalement, expérience sur des outils de CI/CD (GitLab) • Aptitudes à développer (recommandé) • La connaissance d’Unix, Linux, SQL sera appréciée Qualités requises : Travail en équipe, fiabilité, Forte capacité d’écoute, Autonomie, Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, Démarche d’amélioration continue

IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. The salary for this position with be circa £45K - £55K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
