Rattachement : Reporte directement au Head of Architecture En tant que Senior Consultant, vous jouez un rôle clé à l'intersection du conseil en transformation, de l'architecture d'entreprise et de l'avant-vente. Votre mission principale est de structurer des réponses innovantes aux problématiques de transformation numérique des clients, en vous assurant de leur faisabilité technique et de leur alignement avec la stratégie du cabinet. Vous agissez en véritable architecte conseil, capable d'imaginer et de formaliser la future organisation SI de nos clients, notamment dans le cadre de grands projets de transformation (CRM, ERP, autres solutions métier). Responsabilités Principales : Architecte Avant-Vente (Rôle prédominant) : Analyser les besoins complexes des prospects et clients pour concevoir et proposer des solutions d'architecture SI (systèmes d'information) adéquates, en lien avec les enjeux business (transformation digitale, optimisation des processus, etc.). Soutenir activement les équipes commerciales en présentant et en argumentant la pertinence technique et fonctionnelle des offres. Contribuer à la rédaction des propositions techniques et commerciales (réponses à appels d’offres, etc.), en assurant la cohérence d'ensemble. Gérer l’aspect budgétaire de l’architecture lors des phases d'avant-vente, notamment pour des solutions dont l'acquisition est en dessous de 1000. Conseil en Architecture et Transformation : Travailler en binôme avec les Product Managers et les équipes Produit pour réaliser la conception de nouveaux produits et définir leur intégration optimale dans le Système d'Information (SI) des clients. Analyser les processus métier et les flux d'information des clients pour définir des architectures d'entreprise cibles. Accompagner les Product Managers pour élaborer la réponse fonctionnelle et s'assurer de la cohérence architecturale. Mener et/ou participer activement à des projets de transformation majeurs (3 projets de transformation en cours). Rédaction de Livrables Clés : Réaliser ponctuellement des Dossiers d'Architecture Technique (DAT) ou des Dossiers d'Architecture Générale (DAG) pour formaliser la conception et les choix architecturaux. Interface Métier et Delivery : Être en frontale avec les équipes métier pour comprendre, imaginer et vulgariser les solutions d'architecture complexes de manière accessible. Avoir des connaissances solides et une implication dans les phases de delivery des projets architecturaux. Participer à la gouvernance de l'architecture en étant le bras droit du Head of Architecture.
