Ce produit est au cœur des processus comptables et financiers : comptabilité générale et auxiliaire, flux achats (P2P) et ventes (O2C), fiscalité et facturation, trésorerie, gestion des immobilisations, ainsi que les transformations réglementaires dont la facturation électronique. La prestation s'inscrit dans un environnement structuré selon le framework SAFe (Product Manager, Product Owner, équipe pluridisciplinaire). Le Proxy Product Owner agit comme relai opérationnel et fonctionnel du Product Owner, avec une forte dominante Business Analysis. Support au Product Owner Assister le Product Owner dans la gestion, l'affinage et la priorisation du backlog d'équipe Préparer les éléments d'aide à la décision et les arbitrages fonctionnels Contribuer à la déclinaison opérationnelle de la vision produit définie par le Product Manager Assurer la continuité fonctionnelle en l'absence ponctuelle du Product Owner Analyse fonctionnelle et Business Analysis Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers auprès des parties prenantes Finance Traduire ces besoins en user stories, features et critères d'acceptation clairs, complets et testables Décrire et modéliser les processus métiers dans Dynamics 365 F&O Formaliser les règles de gestion (comptables, fiscales, opérationnelles) Anticiper les impacts fonctionnels, applicatifs et data des évolutions demandées Documentation fonctionnelle du produit Contribuer à la création, à la mise à jour et au maintien de la documentation fonctionnelle du produit Garantir la cohérence entre processus métier, paramétrage ERP et documentation Documenter les règles de gestion, y compris celles liées aux immobilisations (catégories, profils d'amortissement, règles fiscales) Qualité du backlog et préparation des itérations S'assurer que le backlog est clair, priorisé, affiné et prêt pour les itérations (Definition of Ready) Participer activement aux activités de backlog refinement, PI Planning et rituels d'équipe Identifier les dépendances (interfaces, data, autres applications) Anticiper les risques fonctionnels et zones d'incertitude Lien entre métier et équipe de réalisation Être l'interlocuteur fonctionnel de proximité pour l'équipe de développement Apporter des réponses rapides et fiables aux questions fonctionnelles Faciliter la compréhension des enjeux métier Finance par les équipes techniques Veiller à la cohérence avec les standards et bonnes pratiques Dynamics 365 Validation fonctionnelle et valeur livrée Contribuer à la validation fonctionnelle des développements Participer à la préparation et à l'exécution des recettes fonctionnelles Vérifier la conformité des livraisons sur les processus Finance S'assurer que les livrables répondent aux besoins métier et aux contraintes ERP et réglementaires Posture agile et amélioration continue Incarner les valeurs agiles et SAFe au quotidien Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques produit et fonctionnelles Favoriser une collaboration fluide, transparente et orientée valeur
