Ce produit est au cœur des processus comptables et financiers : comptabilité générale et auxiliaire, flux achats (P2P) et ventes (O2C), fiscalité et facturation, trésorerie, gestion des immobilisations, ainsi que les transformations réglementaires dont la facturation électronique. La prestation s'inscrit dans un environnement structuré selon le framework SAFe (Product Manager, Product Owner, équipe pluridisciplinaire). Le Proxy Product Owner agit comme relai opérationnel et fonctionnel du Product Owner, avec une forte dominante Business Analysis. Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager ESG pour accompagner un programme de transformation autour des enjeux ESG et de la gestion de données. Vous interviendrez dans un environnement transverse, au croisement des métiers, de l’IT et de la data, avec une double responsabilité : Business Analysis (80%) Gestion de projet (20%) Vos missionsBusiness Analysis Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers. Animer et participer aux ateliers fonctionnels avec les parties prenantes. Rédiger les expressions de besoins, user stories et critères d’acceptation. Produire les spécifications fonctionnelles. Participer à la définition des modèles de données ESG. Concevoir les cahiers de tests et scénarios de recette. Réaliser les tests fonctionnels, tests utilisateurs et tests de non-régression. Assurer le suivi des anomalies et la documentation fonctionnelle. Gestion de projet Participer au pilotage des activités projet en méthodologie Agile. Suivre les jalons, livrables, dépendances et risques. Produire les tableaux de bord et supports de reporting. Contribuer à l’animation des rituels Agile (daily, weekly, comités de suivi).

We require a Business Analyst for this digital project. You must have at least 3 to 5 proven tack as a Business Analyst with the following skills: The role will be working with product owners and other key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, scope product deliveries and solutions, and influence the priority of delivery against strategic objectives and co-existent technical solutions. You will have experience in leading the analysis of complex business systems to support organizational change, including the migration of users and data between systems. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex business processes to technical solutions. Experience Must have: · Digital publishing background and experience of content management systems and processes. · Hands-on experience working in an agile environment managing the identification and delivery of projects and software solutions using Scrum. · Leading requirements gathering and definition workshops for functional and non-functional requirements. · Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria with product owners. · Grooming product backlogs and prioritizing features and user stories into releases with the product owner. · Analysis of existing business behavior and business systems to identify business process, actors and systems as well as opportunities for improvement. · Supporting the creation and presentation of business cases, business value realization documents and project initiation briefs. · Supporting the product owner in explaining user stories to technical teams, supporting solution design and resolving clarifications with the product owner. · Demonstrating user stories to product owner and stakeholders. · Defining, leading and undertaking user and acceptance testing, including knowledge of methods for designing system acceptance and test approaches. BA – Business Analyst with AML – City London Our Client is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst with Anti-Money Laundering skills – so a BA with AML. You must have a thorough understanding of Anti-Money Laundering processes and regulations as a Business Analyst. Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Anti-Money Laundering - AML software products to meet clients’ business requirements Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps Ensure requirements are accurately specified, communicated and understood by the technical implementation team Provide ongoing support to the client and to the technical implementation team to ensure the quality of the implemented system in meeting business requirements Provide tuning, training and consultancy services to clients Lead/perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, alert validation and issue impact analysis Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests Comply with internal quality, reporting, and administration processes Qualifications You will must have a degree coupled with at least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst. You will primarily gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques and manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business. Data analysis, management and Integration experience Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Actimize AML products to meet clients’ business requirements Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool Develop and document data processes including data cleansing and matching ETL design You must have at least 1 to 2 years experience of working with Actimize software. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related subject Candidates must have proven and significant experience as a Data Analyst Strong PL/SQL skills Database development (SQL Server, Oracle) Data migration knowledge & experience Development and test of ETL Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) with large data sets.
