Nous recherchons un(e) Expert Systèmes Microsoft pour renforcer l'équipe Environnement d'Exécution Système et Applicatif d'un grand compte. Cette équipe est rattachée à l'entité Expertise et Stratégie Produit de la DSI. Elle conçoit, met en œuvre et supporte les infrastructures Microsoft, Linux et bases de données. Elle préconise et normalise aussi les paliers OS et packages middleware utilisés dans toute l'entreprise. Vous rejoindrez le pôle de compétences Microsoft, sur un rôle mêlant ingénierie (design, intégration, industrialisation), support de dernier niveau (N3) et conseil technique auprès des équipes de Production. Le parc compte plus de 2 000 serveurs Windows. Vos missions - Mener des projets d'évolution d'infrastructure on-premise : nouveaux paliers OS, nouvelles infrastructures Microsoft, évolution de l'existant. - Concevoir et maintenir les masters / templates Windows Server et automatiser leur déploiement. - Mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer les couches de haute disponibilité (WSFC, SQL Server AlwaysOn). - Faire évoluer les infrastructures RDS (fermes 2016 vers 2022) et WSUS (patch management, GPO et scripts associés). - Assurer le support N3 des paliers OS en production : suivi, analyse et résolution des incidents. - Préconiser de nouvelles offres et évolutions avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de production et de sécurité, en évaluant leur impact sur l'exploitation et la maintenance. - Contribuer à la roadmap technique et à l'élaboration des normes d'exploitation. - Jouer le rôle de référent(e) Microsoft auprès des équipes de Production. - Produire les livrables : documents d'installation, d'administration et d'exploitation, normes d'utilisation, modes opératoires, comptes rendus d'ateliers. 🎯 MISSIONS : Intégré(e) aux équipes d'un de nos clients grand compte, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Support et accompagnement en agence - Réaliser les visites planifiées sur les agences du périmètre, avec une permanence de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30, incluant une pause déjeuner. - Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes, accompagner les utilisateurs et faciliter la prise en main des outils informatiques. - Effectuer la revue du parc : inventaire, état des équipements, conformité des postes et besoins de renouvellement. - Sensibiliser aux bonnes pratiques informatiques et à la cybersécurité ; recueillir auprès des référents métiers les irritants et les besoins locaux. - Vérifier la connectivité et les équipements locaux : Wi-Fi, réseau filaire, brassage, câblage, imprimantes réseau et points de contrôle en salle technique. - Qualifier les incidents récurrents, documenter les constats et transmettre aux équipes Infrastructure les sujets nécessitant leur intervention, selon les procédures définies. - Préparer les visites, rédiger les comptes rendus et tracer les actions dans l'outil ITSM du client. - Transmettre les remontées au responsable de pôle et au client, suivre les actions et contribuer aux indicateurs du comité de pilotage mensuel. - Effectuer des passages supplémentaires dans les agences prioritaires et participer aux déménagements, déploiements et évolutions planifiés. - Apporter un renfort ponctuel sur les sites de proximité, selon les priorités et le planning validés. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des environnements Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory et Intune Compétences en poste de travail, mobilité, périphériques, impression, outils ITSM et gestion de parc. Infrastructure Engineer New York For this role you will need to have at least 5 to 7 years hands-on proven expertise as an Infrastructure Engineer. This role is key towards promoting and representing IT practices and requires an in-depth knowledge of Apple MAC (iOS), and its supporting desktop applications. Equally essential is a solid understanding and technical awareness of user collaboration tools for conference and video support, messaging, desktop and mobile telephony, asset management tools, file sharing protocols, user permissions and folder administration.
