Dans le cadre d'un important programme de transformation IT, nous recherchons un Architecte Technique Modern Workplace afin de renforcer une équipe Architecture & Opérations intervenant sur des projets stratégiques autour de l'identité numérique, de Microsoft 365 et des environnements Modern Workplace. Vous évoluerez sur des projets à forts enjeux, notamment dans des contextes de transformation organisationnelle, de migration et de séparation de périmètres (M&A / carve-out). Vos missions : Au sein de l'équipe Architecture & Opérations, vous serez amené à : Piloter techniquement les sujets liés à l'Identité et au Modern Workplace. Animer des ateliers techniques et coordonner les différents interlocuteurs. Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers et techniques. Élaborer et maintenir les runbooks d'exécution (modes opératoires, plans de tests, procédures de rollback...). Réaliser des analyses techniques, inventaires, contrôles et validations avant/après intervention. Identifier les dépendances entre les différentes briques techniques (IAM, réseau, sécurité, postes de travail, messagerie...). Participer aux revues d'architecture, aux analyses de risques et proposer des recommandations. Préparer les transitions vers les équipes Run et assurer le transfert de connaissances. Accompagner les projets de type M&A / carve-out avec une approche sécurisée et structurée. Nous recrutons un·e Consultant·e Senior M365 & Exchange en CDI ! Vos futurs défis : o Mettre en oeuvre la sécurisation d'Active Directory, notamment via des approches de tiering. o Construire des réponses pertinentes aux cahiers des charges, en tenant compte des spécificités techniques de chaque client. o Contribuer à l'élaboration des propositions commerciales. o Définir des architectures Office 365 adaptées aux besoins, contraintes et enjeux des clients. o Cadrer les projets et produire rapports d'analyse, feuilles de route et recommandations. o Piloter les projets de migration d'utilisateurs vers Entra ID. o Déployer des plans de migration vers Office 365 (depuis G Suite, Exchange on-premises ou autres plateformes). o Sécuriser les environnements Office 365 grâce à la mise en place de gouvernances, d'ateliers dédiés et de politiques de sécurité (gestion des identités, MFA, protection des informations...). o Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les équipes clients (change, collaboration, sécurité, IT) pour intégrer Office 365 dans l'écosystème global. o Identifier des axes d'amélioration continue dans les environnements Office 365 et proposer des optimisations. o Participer aux réunions de présentation et de suivi d'avancement. o Assurer un support technique auprès des clients et des équipes. o Réaliser une veille technologique active pour rester à jour des évolutions Microsoft. o Former les équipes techniques et les utilisateurs clés sur les fonctionnalités avancées. D'autres projets pourront vous être confiés en fonction de l'actualité de l'équipe et de nos différents challenges et envies. De plus, un niveau professionnel d'anglais écrit et oral est souhaité. IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a bright talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with circa 5 to 6 years IT Support experience. You will have at least to 5 to 6 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. The Client is rolling out MS Windows 11 and would therefore like to recruit an individual with these skills. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place. Business Performance duties · Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications · Provide first/Second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues and working knowledge of VMWare. · Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment. · Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments. · Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems · Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN. · Understanding of cybersecurity measures. · Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations. · Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to senior IT staff · Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management. · Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA · Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role. Technical/Functional skills - Proficient in common operating systems (Linux – Redhat & Ubuntu, Windows OS –Win10 &11) - Software proficiency – 0365, Sharepoint and Teams – Banking Applications - Networking (IT) - Proficient in programming languages & Automation (good to have) - Project management - Data analysis - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - AV Support - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals The Client is based in Central London. This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the office in Central London. The salary for this position will be circa £40K - £45K. Network Infrastructure Support Engineer The role of the IT Infrastructure Engineer is to manage day to day activities to develop, deliver and support the infrastructure and upgrades needed to deliver this programme. You will be part of the 10 people UK ICT team but be assigned to the programme on a full-time basis. Provide technical and project management support Define, manage, track and proactively deliver technical solutions to achieve project goals Implement technical changes and solutions into the Companys environments Ensure all solutions are in line with Company policies and standards Act as interface between the project and BAU support team Fully document all solutions and activities You will be report to the Head of Global Infrastructure and the European IT Director Excellent communication skills, including including written and verbal You will have an understanding of ITIL, Prince 2 practices.
